INSURANCE COVERAGE
At this time Be Well Medical through Dr. Nichole Shiffler is contracted with Cigna health insurance. If you do not carry Cigna coverage and your provider orders lab work or imaging during your visit, these may be covered by your current insurance plan.
At this time:
Contact your insurance plan to obtain reimbursement rates for out-of-network providers. HSA and FSA account payments are accepted. Service summaries or claim forms will be provided upon request to submit to your insurance for visit reimbursement.
